We understand that there are times when you may change your mind or have an issue with your purchase. With that understanding, we accept returns with some limited conditions below.
- Any returns and/or exchanges must be made within Thirty (30) days of the original date of shipment.
- Merchandise must be unworn or otherwise used and have the original Yunybox tags.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept the exchange or refund orders made to pierced earrings for obvious hygiene reasons. However, if your earrings have arrived faulty or damaged, we will undoubtedly provide you with a replacement with complimentary standard shipping.
- Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
How do I return an item?
- To ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return or exchanges, please review our criteria above.
- Submit an email to support@yunybox.com informing us with the details of your return. Please include the following in your email:
- Name
- Order/Invoice Number
- Reasons for returning the item(s)
- Picture of the item(s) to be returned
- Whether you would like an Exchange or Refund
- You will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing a Return Authorization Number and return label.
- Package the returning merchandise with sufficient cushioning and ensure that you include this Return Authorization Number on your package.
We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
