Exchange & Returns

We understand that there are times when you may change your mind or have an issue with your purchase.  With that understanding, we accept returns with some limited conditions below.

How do I return an item?

  1. To ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return or exchanges, please review our criteria above.
  2. Submit an email to informing us with the details of your return. Please include the following in your email:
    • Name
    • Order/Invoice Number
    • Reasons for returning the item(s)
    • Picture of the item(s) to be returned
    • Whether you would like an Exchange or Refund
  3. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing a Return Authorization Number and return label.
  4. Package the returning merchandise with sufficient cushioning and ensure that you include this Return Authorization Number on your package.

We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
